Maintenance

The objective of this category is to maintain or increase property values by maintaining the property in an attractive and functional condition and to enhance the well being of the members.  This is achieved by regular inspection, proper servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure that small problems do not develop into major, costlier problems. Association Management does not have any ownership interest in any landscaping, pool service, janitorial service or any vendor, believing that it is in the best interest of the Association to be able to bid out service contracts to obtain the best prices and ensure high quality of service which competitive bidding engenders and to eliminate any ascertain of conflict of interest.  For more details ...
