The Board of Directors are informed in all areas affecting the Association.
Frees the Board of Directors from day to day paperwork.
Provides a buffer between the Board of Directors and the unit owners in complaint resolution.

Capabilities

Attend Board of Directors Monthly Meetings
In cases where a project may demand that the Board meet on a more frequent basis Association Management will attend these meetings as required. Take and prepare minutes of all meetings. Provide reports in the areas of finance, collections, violations and maintenance.
Unit Owner Relations
Receive, process and expedite maintenance requests.  Respond to unit owner correspondence.  Process applications required for the sale or lease of a unit, conduct screening interviews, issue estoppel certificates.  Process requests for other documents, such as certificates of insurance, inspections of record, etc. 
Enforce Rules and Regulations
Issue notices of violations of the the Rules and Regulations and consult if necessary, with the Association attorney for compliance of same.
